Used Ferrari - The Ferrari Brand

Ferrari owners are a peculiar folk. That is not to say that I wouldn't grab the opportunity to become one of them at the drop of a hat, but at the same time this is definitely a group of people who are about more than fast cars and fast cars alone. The people who really, deeply and passionately love Ferrari do adore the speedy races and amazing track performance, but in addition they care about the prancing horse, the strong powerful engines and all the things that make Ferrari stand out from the crowd.

The reason that Ferrari has such a strong collection of fans isn't because they have sold millions and millions of new and used Ferrari models over the years. Although they have done very well, sales are only really a contributor to their profit, and it is something else entirely that contributes to the mind-blowing and continuous success of the whole Ferrari brand. That something is Brand - that indefinable and difficult to maintain marketing idea that actually has turned out to be a really important factor in keeping a company alive and well. Brand refers to their logos, their ethos, their products and in fact everything about the company that creates an idea.

Having a really strong brand - strong enough to have a patented "Ferrari" colour in fact - is a really important area in the business, and I doubt that Ferrari would ever dare to underestimate its power. In fact, I reckon they are probably very proud of what their have achieved and the trusting and faithful followers base that they have managed to build up.

However, why would Ferrari prioritise their powerful, luxury brand over selling cars. Well, people who know about the brand and who have the money are likely to go out and treat themselves to a swanky new Ferrari. That is just a given. But by having a strong brand throughout all their products Ferrari ensure that not only do their get the sales of their luxury sports cars (which are small in quantity but high in profit), but the sales of all sorts of other merchandise every day. Having people buy Ferrari keyrings, luggage, clothes, and all sorts of bits and pieces can provide a nice steady source of income that isn't affected by car prices or the used Ferrari market. In the same vein, not only is their racing important for keeping up the brand maintenance, but it will bring them a nice if unpredictable income based on ticket sales, experience days and nice big pots of prize money!

As you can see, Ferrari are about a lot more than just their fast cars - and so are their fans. By offering lots of routes to purchase and lots of different areas of specialism - including sponsoring and assisting with the Winter Olympics - they have ensured that they have a strong name and lots of followers. Hopefully this in turn will keep up their sales and keep the business afloat in what is essentially very tough times for the car industry as a whole Autel Maxisys MS908CV.
